Hot Topics in Strengthening Organic Enforcement (SOE)

On March 28, 2023, ACA kicked off its Lunch & Learn series with an open forum for asking questions about the recently published SOE rule, and identifying hot topics that require a deeper dive. Coming out of this conversation, ACA launched working groups, office hours, and other efforts to meet members’ needs in navigating compliance with SOE.
