Section C, Labeling of Nonretail Containers

On August 31, 2023, Jackie DeMinter (MOSA) and Kyla Smith (PCO) facilitated a discussion of outstanding questions around what the SOE rule says about labeling nonretail containers. In particular, the group discussed what information must be on a nonretail label; what containers or types of products require nonretail labeling; whether that changes based on if and how the containers leave the operation; and who is responsible for verifying appropriate labeling of nonretail containers. This discussion left many questions unanswered, creating an opportunity for continued collaboration and discussion.
