While reviewing Organic System Plans and lists of inputs used in organic systems, certification staff often have questions about the functioning, labeling, and behavior of various materials. The ACA Materials Working Group, comprised of participants from a wide variety of accredited certification agencies, developed a list of questions review staff commonly encounter. Some of these relate to: intervening events for removal of residues, purposes of common inert ingredients, typical practices and procedures for various materials used, labeling requirements, and more. On this webinar, technical experts from Ecolab will discuss these concepts and engage with certification staff to answer additional questions that emerge.
